We recommend the use of a liner to protect the longevity of your planter box, which is included with each purchase. Likewise, for use indoors or where water cannot freely drain, we recommend the use of a tray insert into the bottom of your planter, also included with each purchase. Use a well-draining soil mix and place decorative mulch, bark, or stone as the top layer on your potting soil to prevent water from pooling.
